A Leading auto ancillary company partnered with us for enabling transition of its functional leadership team (150 leaders) into business leadership

Challenge:  

Our challenge was to understand the Values, Mission, Business Value Chain of 14 SBU’s & Culture of the organization and develop suitable framework to assess and develop potential leaders.

This process was aimed to develop leadership pipeline, complementing to aspirational growth plan for the organization. Our responsibility was to design and execute the intervention of transforming functional leaders to business leaders on identified competencies.

We have designed a four-block intervention to unleash the potential of high performing functional leaders and help them to deal with challenges of VUCA Business World
